As a certified B Corporation, we are committed to transparency and continuous improvement. We are pleased to report this year that our hourly gender pay gap is at its lowest since we started reporting in 2017, but we recognise there is still room for improvement.
In this report we explain the figures, and the actions we are taking to drive change and improve our gender pay gap. We are committed to creating a truly equitable workplace and we regard the gender pay gap reporting regulations as an important step in progressing societal and working norms.
